Terms of Service

Athlete Barn is a recruiting platform for middle-school and high-school athletes. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must create and own the account and agree to these terms on the athlete’s behalf. By creating an account you confirm you are either the athlete (18 or older) or that athlete’s parent/guardian.

For athletes under 18, the guardian is the account holder and is responsible for all activity on the account, including keeping login details secure and reviewing what the athlete shares. You agree that the information you provide (name, date of birth, school, measurables, contact details, and headshot) is accurate.

Plans are age-based and billed as recurring subscriptions. Pricing, discounts for longer terms, and cancellation are described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs through the period you have already paid for and does not renew.

Payment processing is currently simulated in this environment — no card is charged. When real billing is enabled it will be clearly disclosed before any charge.

Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, impersonate anyone, harass other members, or attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours. Coaches and recruiters who use the platform agree to contact athletes only for legitimate recruiting purposes.

You keep ownership of the film, photos, and information you upload. You grant Athlete Barn permission to display that content to coaches and recruiters on the platform as part of providing the service. You can remove content or request account deletion.

Athlete Barn helps athletes get seen; it does not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, or any specific outcome. The service is provided “as is” while we continue to build it out.
