First of every month, a fresh rotation coach lands in your messages with a welcome thread and their first round of notes. They are real high-school coaches — vetted, never quota-driven — and each one gets 30 days to work the same athletes. That rotation is the whole point: nobody gets coasted on.
How rotation works
Drop a YouTube link (unlisted or public). Your rotation coach scrubs through, drops notes at 00:12 (“good eyes on the backside”) and 01:48 (“late on the check-down”). You and your parents see those notes on the clip forever. Recruiters see polished film; coaches see the coaching trail.
Walk through film
Our admin posts your 40 time, vertical, broad, shuttle, and bench straight from the partnered event. Every number is sourced — no parent-submitted PRs — so recruiters trust what they see. Your profile carries the measurables; your graduating class gets a live leaderboard.
See combines
Follow BYU, Utah, Boise State, any D1 or D2 program. Their recruiters show up on your feed when they view your film. Your follows show up on theirs when you update measurables. The relationship is mutual, not a one-way firehose of profile impressions.
